2 · What the vehicle listings are — and what they are not
Every listing on this site is indicative information, not an offer to contract. Publishing a vehicle with a price is an invitation to contact us; it does not bind us and no sale is concluded through the website.
- Availability and final price are confirmed by phone. Stock moves daily. A vehicle may be sold, reserved or withdrawn before the page is updated.
- Specifications, mileage, year, colour and equipment are recorded as they appear in the vehicle's file. Where something is not on record, the site says so instead of guessing. Errors and omissions are possible and are corrected as soon as we spot them.
- Photographs show the specific vehicle but colours and detail may render differently on your screen.
- The final, binding description of a vehicle is the one agreed in writing at the point of sale, together with its papers.
- Any inspection is welcome. You are entitled — and encouraged — to have the vehicle checked by your own mechanic before you buy.
Nothing on this site restricts your statutory rights as a consumer under Greek and EU law.
3 · The instalment calculator
The finance page contains a calculator. It is indicative only. Specifically:
- It is a plain mathematical calculation based on the figures you enter — price, down payment, term and an assumed rate.
- It is not an offer, not a pre-approval and not a commitment of any kind, by us or by anyone else.
- It does not originate from a credit institution. We are not a bank, a credit intermediary or a financial adviser, and the calculator is not financial advice.
- It does not include fees, taxes, insurance, file costs or any other charge, and it does not represent an APR.
- The actual instalment, rate and APR are set solely by the financing institution after its own assessment.
4 · Using the forms
When you send us a message you confirm that the details you give are yours and are accurate. Do not use the forms for spam, for unlawful or abusive content, or for any automated mass submission. We may discard such messages and block the sender. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy policy.
5 · Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, structure, layout, code, logo, name and vehicle photographs — is protected under Greek Law 2121/1993 and the corresponding EU legislation. You may view it, print it and share links to it for your own use.
Without our written permission you may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise commercially exploit the content, and you may not harvest it in bulk by automated means for republication on another listings site. Citation with a clear reference and a link to x-sportcars.gr is permitted.
6 · Links to third-party sites
The site links to third-party services — a map for directions and a messaging app for contact. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their own terms and policies.
7 · Availability and liability
We make a reasonable effort to keep the site accurate, available and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site, from a temporary interruption, from a technical fault, or from content that a third party has altered without authorisation. Our liability is not limited where it cannot be limited by law, including cases of fraud or gross negligence.
8 · Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date of last update at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
9 · Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute arising from the use of this site, the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. Consumers retain the right to turn to the alternative dispute resolution bodies provided by law, such as the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
